More about Annie

Annie was hired to launch our Data Support Pilot. Over two years (2026-28), she'll provide dedicated, hands-on data support to five NYC nonprofits that don't have a full-time data staffer of their own. That means helping each team build stronger data collection processes, clean and organize their program data, run basic analysis, and turn what they're tracking into dashboards and insights their staff and leadership can actually use. She'll also lead cohort sessions where the five organizations can learn from each other's approaches. It's SSN's answer to something we hear constantly: Organizations want to use data well; they just don't have the capacity to do it alone.

Previously, Annie worked for eight years in the program evaluation department at Good Shepherd Services supporting staff to use data, and for six and a half years at Mathematica, a policy research organization. At Mathematica, Annie provided technical assistance to federal grantees on continuous quality improvement, evaluation, and program implementation.

Annie has three children, and lives in NJ. She loves watching her daughter's softball games and getting involved in her sons' various activities. She is a lifelong runner, reader, and loves watching trashy reality tv. She has her master's degree from NYU and her bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Illinois.

Hear from Annie

We asked: Outside of your career, what is your proudest achievement?

Annie answered: As a native Midwestern, Annie is most proud of her solo move to the Northeast and the life that she's created here. After undergrad, Annie moved from Illinois to New York and, twenty years later, is now married with children in NJ.
